EDICION 329: Los retos de Rodney Monroe con la comunidad hispana

Desde el pasado lunes 16 de junio, Rodney Monroe, el primer afroamericano en ocupar el cargo de jefe del Departamento de Policía de Charlotte-Mecklenburg, tiene el reto de mejorar las condiciones de seguridad para los 700.000 habitantes de la Ciudad Reina, incluyendo las de alrededor de 60.000 indocumentados.
